Help customers choose tiles color, size, style and guide them around the showroom displays. Suggest extra products like grout, adhesives, and other materials when needed. Work to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Handle billing and payments correctly using the POS system. Product Knowledge & Showroom Maintenance Learn about the products and keep yourself updated on new tiles and materials. Keep the showroom neat, clean, and well-organized. Setting up and maintaining product displays and sample boards. Check stock regularly and inform the manager if anything is running low or missing. Coordinate with delivery & procurement of items from various vendors and teams efficiently. Customer Service & Administration Answer customer questions and handle complaints or returns politely. Coordinate with vendors for product delivery on time & end to end customer engagement. Give correct price quotes, keep track of orders, and call customers to update them. Work together with team members and managers for smooth daily operations. Help with basic office work like answering phone calls and booking appointments. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail sales, with experience in the tile, flooring, plumbing or home improvement industry being a significant plus.
