Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead our B2B, export, and retail chain sales initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence in domestic and international markets, building strong relationships with distributors, retail chains, and export partners, while supporting overall brand visibility and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development Identify and onboard new B2B customers, retail chains, distributors, and export partners. Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration in modern trade, retail, and institutional segments. Negotiate business terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Export Marketing Explore and develop new export markets across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and beyond. Coordinate with international distributors, trade consultants, and export agencies. Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications, and country-specific requirements. Retail Chain Marketing Build and maintain relationships with modern trade & organized retail buyers. Drive marketing campaigns, in-store branding, and promotional activities. Monitor stock levels, product placement, and visibility at retail outlets. Brand & Market Development Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Support product launches, exhibitions, and trade fairs (domestic & international). Work closely with digital and product teams for B2B marketing collateral. Key RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, exports, or retail chain management (preferably in FMCG, cookware, or consumer durable sector). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and compliance is an advantage. Willingness to travel to meet customers
