We are a fast-growing organization in the bath fittings industry, focused on building strong brands, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute brand promotion and marketing activities across regions
Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and visibility
Coordinate and execute pan-India marketing campaigns and branding activities
Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, schemes, and promotional plans
Conduct market visits to strengthen brand presence at dealer and distributor levels
Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities
Organize and manage exhibitions, dealer meets, product launches, and events
Monitor competitor branding and marketing strategies
Ensure consistent brand communication across all markets
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing execution

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory experience in the bath fittings industry
Minimum
2 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong understanding of branding, promotions, and market development
Experience in coordinating pan-India marketing activities
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives

Preferred Skills

Experience in dealer-based and channel-driven industries
Knowledge of ATL / BTL marketing activities
Basic reporting, planning, and MIS skills
