Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our healthcare services, increase brand visibility, and support patient acquisition across our clinics. The ideal candidate will plan and execute both digital and offline marketing activities, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinic services and healthcare programs
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities (social media, Google ads, online campaigns)
• Conduct field marketing activities including hospital/clinic visits, corporate tie-ups, camps, and promotions
• Coordinate with doctors, clinic staff, and management for marketing initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and referral sources
• Manage branding materials such as banners, posters, flyers, and standees
• Track and report marketing performance and patient footfall
• Handle patient engagement and feedback related to marketing activities
• Support event marketing, health camps, and community outreach programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (healthcare experience preferred)
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinic marketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
