Job Description : IITMINDS is a reputed offline coaching institute in Ghatkopar West offering classroom coaching for Maharashtra State Board (Std 810), JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET-UG, and MHT-CET. We are looking for Outdoor Marketing & Admissions Executives who can actively generate leads through school visits, society visits, seminars, and field outreach , and also handle walk-in enquiries at the centre and convert them into confirmed admissions . This role requires candidates who are comfortable with regular field work , interacting with students, parents, school authorities, and who can take end-to-end ownership of the admission process . Key Responsibilities : Visit schools (State Board, CBSE & ICSE) for outreach and promotion Conduct society visits, seminars, and student interactions Promote IITMINDS courses professionally in assigned areas Generate leads through outdoor marketing activities Handle walk-in enquiries at the centre Counsel parents and students about courses, fees, batches, and schedules Follow up with leads until admission is confirmed Coordinate with tele callers and academic team for lead closure Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and conversions Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets Candidate Profile / Eligibility : Good communication skills in English and Hindi Marathi mandatory; Gujarati preferred Presentable personality with professional behaviour Comfortable with outdoor / field work Ability to interact confidently with parents, students, and school staff Target-oriented and disciplined work approach Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Experience in education marketing, field sales, or admissions preferred Freshers with good communication and field readiness may apply Experience : 0 to 3 years Salary / CTC : 3.0 to 5.0 LPA fixed (depending on experience and skills) Attractive incentives per confirmed admission

We are looking for Tele callers / Admission Counsellors who can handle outbound calling from provided databases , manage incoming enquiries, counsel parents and students, and convert leads into confirmed admissions. This role involves regular cold calling , follow-ups, and admission counselling and is suitable for candidates comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided data Convert cold calls into interested leads and walk-ins Handle incoming phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries Counsel parents and students about courses, fees, batches, and schedules Address objections related to fees, competition, and course value Follow up with leads until admission closure Maintain enquiry and follow-up records Achieve monthly calling and admission targets Candidate Profile: Good communication skills in English and Hindi Marathi mandatory; Gujarati preferred Experience in tele calling, education counselling, or inside sales preferred Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups Target-oriented and disciplined Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Experience: 0 – 3 years Salary / CTC: 1.5 – 1.8 LPA fixed Incentives per confirmed admission
