Job Title: Media Manager Location: Calicut Experience Required: 2–3 Years (preferably in a media/advertising agency) Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and skilled Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience in a media-based agency to plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and manage multi-platform media campaigns (digital, print, broadcast, and OOH). Negotiate and purchase media space/time to achieve maximum value. Coordinate with creative teams to deliver engaging and brand-aligned content. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Stay updated on media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and influencers. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within cost. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of media planning/buying experience in a media or advertising agency. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and media analytics tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in programmatic advertising and influencer marketing. Familiarity with creative tools and content management systems.
