Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Media Manager with 2–3 years of experience in a media-based agency to plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in media buying, planning, and campaign management, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and manage multi-platform media campaigns (digital, print, broadcast, and OOH).
• Negotiate and purchase media space/time to achieve maximum value.
• Coordinate with creative teams to deliver engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and influencers.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within cost.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of media planning/buying experience in a media or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and media analytics tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in programmatic advertising and influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with creative tools and content management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
