🔹 Key Responsibilities

Content & Media Production

• Lead end-to-end execution of photoshoots, videoshoots, reels, event coverage, and hospitality content.
• Oversee brand films, interviews, behind-the-scenes shoots, grooming content, and global pageant captures.
• Maintain a high-quality library of brand assets across all verticals.

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Work closely with brand, marketing & social media teams to conceptualize creative ideas.
• Understand brand aesthetics and ensure consistency in all visuals.
• Develop content calendars, visual storylines, and campaign-oriented media.

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage in-house editors, videographers, photographers, and agency partners.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, location setups, and ensure smooth execution.
• Final approval of edited videos, teasers, reels, and graphics.

Event Media Management

• Lead all media deliverables for major events such as Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide (domestic + international).
• Capture weddings, resort events, hospitality experiences & promotional campaigns.

Social & Digital Support

• Provide ready media assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns & PR collaterals.
• Help in building strong social storytelling for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

🔹 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in media management, production, or digital content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand guidelines, and aesthetic sensibilities.
• Proficiency in directing editors, videographers & photographers.
• Knowledge of editing basics (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci is a plus).
• Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, events, or fashion industry preferred.
• Ability to travel for shoots and handle fast-paced event environments.
