About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Media Manager with more than 3 years of experience in the same profile. The ideal candidate must have strong content writing, media planning, and media coordination skills, along with the ability to manage brand communication effectively across all digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective media strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, websites, press releases, campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
• Manage media planning, buying, and execution to maximize brand visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign development and delivery.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, and publishers.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market performance.
• Manage timely content calendars and ensure all media activities align with brand goals.

Key Skills Required

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of media planning and buying.
• Hands-on experience in digital media management and social media strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of brand communication and marketing fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Media Manager, Media Executive, or in a similar profile.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
