Role Overview:

The Brand Manager will be the custodian of Haut Monde India’s brand identity, ensuring that our positioning reflects luxury, exclusivity, and global aspirations. You will oversee branding, communication strategies, digital presence, and collaborations while working closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the brand architecture for Haut Monde India and its verticals (Hotels, Resorts, Pageants, Lifestyle).
• Develop integrated brand campaigns across online and offline platforms.
• Craft luxury-driven communication strategies ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and experience.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and recall.
• Collaborate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners to maximize visibility.
• Oversee content strategy (social media, website, print, video) aligned with brand voice.
• Lead creative direction for all collaterals, campaigns, and brand assets.
• Ensure strong digital brand presence with SEO and performance-driven campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead in the luxury and lifestyle segment.
• Support business teams in pitch presentations, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in brand management, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and consumer behavior.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail, design, and storytelling.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver under deadlines.
• Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and influencer collaborations.
