Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract potential customers, and support overall dealership sales. This role involves managing online and offline marketing activities, coordinating events, creating engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage the dealership’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content: reels, photos, static posts, stories. Run targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and promote events or new launches. Respond to comments/messages and engage with the Ducati community online. Track analytics and prepare monthly digital performance reports. 2. Content Creation & Branding Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots for bikes, customers, and events. Ensure all marketing material aligns with Ducati’s global branding guidelines. Write compelling copy for posts, promotions, newsletters, and campaigns. Design basic creatives or coordinate with external designers/photographers. 3. Events & Customer Engagement Plan and execute Ducati rides, track days, community events, customer meetups, new bike launches. Handle end-to-end event logistics: venue, invites, hospitality, branding, coordination with riders. Work closely with sales and CRM teams to promote events and increase participation. 4. Dealership Marketing Operations Manage showroom branding, displays, standees, posters, and promotional material. Coordinate with Ducati India for campaigns, creatives, and dealer-driven activities. Execute local collaborations and partnerships with cafes, gyms, lifestyle brands, etc. Maintain database for marketing communications (SMS, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns). 5. Lead Generation & Customer Communication Run digital lead generation campaigns and support the sales team with quality leads. Prepare monthly marketing and lead analysis reports. Support CRM in customer communication, festive offers, and retention campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of marketing experience (automotive/luxury/lifestyle industry preferred). Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously. Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro etc.) is a plus. Passion for superbikes or interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
