Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer interactions through digital marketing platforms and over the phone. Prepare and share quotations to customer as per their requirements.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
Travel within the assigned territory to meet customer, promote our product, and support business development initiatives.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, targets achieved, and market insights to the Head Office.
Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and negotiate terms to achieve sales target

Salary plus incentive

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
