E-commerce Marketplace Reconciliation Download and reconcile settlements from Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other platforms. Track returns, deductions, and commission charges. Ensure accurate matching of payments received with invoices raised. Compliance & Reporting Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements. Coordinate with auditors for timely closure of accounts. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. 1–3 years of experience in accounting (experience with Odoo ERP preferred). Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, hardness testers, etc. Maintain test records and prepare quality reports. Process Control & Improvement Identify quality issues and coordinate with production to resolve root causes. Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and enhance product reliability. Support implementation of Kaizen, 5S, and Lean practices in the factory. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, and internal quality standards. Maintain inspection records, checklists, and defect logs. Support audits (internal, third-party, and certification). Coordination & Training Work closely with production, R&D, and packaging teams.
