Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across

  Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho

  (mandatory experience).
• Manage product listings, catalogue updates, and ensure content accuracy as per platform guidelines.
• Develop and optimize

  A+ Content

  to enhance visibility, brand value, and conversions.
• Plan, execute, and monitor

  large-scale marketplace campaigns and promotions

  to drive growth.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (

  Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads

  ) to achieve maximum ROI.
• Strategize and implement pricing, discounts, and promotional offers to boost profitability.
• Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
• Create, maintain, and analyze detailed Excel reports on sales, inventory, returns, and performance metrics.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify marketplace trends and implement best practices.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers and internal teams for issue resolution, campaign planning, and operation optimization.
• Act as the

  Primary Point of Contact (POC)

  for marketplaces, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience

  managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Strong experience handling

  large-scale campaigns and promotions

  across marketplaces.
• Advanced proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analytics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  A+ Content creation

  , advertising, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, promotions, inventory planning, and marketplace algorithms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
