Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in B2C sales and Ayurvedic products . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing the sales floor, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth, optimizing team performance, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, particularly in the B2C market and Ayurvedic product sector. Manage daily sales floor operations, ensuring the team is aligned with company objectives and floor targets are met. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored Ayurvedic solutions. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop business plans and promotional strategies. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, making recommendations for competitive positioning. Train and coach the sales team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2C sales and a strong background in Ayurvedic products or Similar Field . Experience managing a sales floor and achieving floor sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or direct-to-consumer sales, particularly in the health and wellness industry. Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and principles.
