Job Opening: Sales Manager – Cattle Feed

About the Role

We are a growing cattle feed manufacturing company looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our presence among dairy cooperatives, private dairies, and progressive farmers. The role involves market development, relationship management, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of cattle feed to dairy cooperatives, milk unions, and large dairy farms
• Build strong relationships with farmers, society secretaries, veterinarians, and procurement officers
• Appoint, guide, and monitor distributors and dealers
• Plan and execute farm meetings, product demonstrations, and awareness programs
• Monitor competitor activity, market prices, and farmer feedback
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent product supply

Desired Profile

• Graduate in Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary / Dairy / Marketing (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cattle feed, animal nutrition, or dairy-related products
• Strong understanding of dairy farming practices and feed economics
• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and cooperative officials
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
• Self-driven, honest, and relationship-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
