Job Description

Marketplace Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Strategy & Sales Growth

  • Manage and grow sales across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick-commerce platforms.
  • Plan monthly revenue targets, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new marketplace opportunities and category expansions.

2. Inventory & Operations Management

  • Oversee stock planning, replenishment, and allocation to ensure high availability with minimal dead stock.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and order accuracy.
  • Monitor fulfillment metrics such as OOS %, RTO %, and SLA adherence.

3. SEO, Keyword & Content Optimization

  • Optimize listings using high-impact keywords, titles, bullet points, and A+ content.
  • Analyze keyword ranking, conversion rates, and product visibility through platform analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for brand-consistent visuals and campaigns.

4. Performance Analysis & Growth Hacking

  • Track daily performance dashboards for sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify growth levers via pricing elasticity, keyword optimization, ad ROI, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Run A/B tests on listings, creatives, and ad campaigns for conversion improvement.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with category managers, marketing teams, and account managers of marketplaces.
  • Align brand strategies with platform algorithms, category trends, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar dashboards.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel / Power BI / Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, keyword planners, and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA).
  • Exposure to Quick-Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) preferred.
  • Strong ownership mindset and data-driven decision-making.
