We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, drive employee engagement initiatives, and oversee the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Utilize job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to source candidates. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Employee Engagement Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and retention. Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events. Foster a culture of recognition and inclusion. Onboarding Create and manage a smooth, engaging onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed. Serve as a point of contact for new employees, ensuring a positive start-to-finish experience. Collaborate with managers and IT to set up new hires with necessary tools and access. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 plus years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and engagement.
