Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): I. Daily Operational Tasks: Check and analyze daily dispatches of all orders through our website and delivery partners. Update Daily ROAS Sheet with website order dispatches. Update Daily Spend Sheet with lead data and revenue performance. Maintain and update the Attendance Sheet for the telecalling team. Allocate Leads daily to telecallers. II. Team Leadership & Support: Address and resolve all telecaller queries promptly. Track and update the status of orders placed by telecallers in real-time. III. Create and distribute: Monthly EOD Forms. Monthly Abandoned Cart Forms. Monthly Order Placement Forms. IV. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with the Marketing Team for campaign execution and lead distribution. Liaise with the Logistics Team to resolve order-related and RTO issues. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team for managing delivery order concerns. Work closely with the Offline Sales Team for managing offline lead-related challenges. V. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and provide: i. MIS/RTO Reports for Delhivery. ii. RTO Reports for delivery platforms. iii. Delhivery Demographic RTO Report for internal assessment. iv. Monthly Abandoned Cart Report. v. Monthly Performance Updates. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1.5 - 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales team management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Delhivery, and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a D2C or e-commerce brand environment. Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Bitespeed, Bik, etc. Basic understanding of logistics operations and RTO reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow. Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective management of cash flows and liquidity, providing accurate forecasts for working capital requirements. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on revenue, costs, and operating margins. Provide insights into business performance across D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce channels. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasting, and financial modeling. Monitor and report on budget performance. Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and accounting regulations (GST, TDS, income tax). Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits and ensure timely completion. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to understand financial drivers and provide insights into e-commerce activities such as returns, shipping costs, and customer lifecycle. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes, working with the tech team to enhance reporting tools and financial software. Qualifications: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institution (ICAI or equivalent). Experience: 3-5 years in financial management and accounting. Experience in D2C, Marketplace, or Quick Commerce sectors is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and Excel. Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, and financial implications in D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce models. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and relevant tax and regulatory frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Skills: Experience in e-commerce or online retail environments. Exposure to financial automation tools and ERP systems. Experience in financial modeling and performance forecasting for scaling businesses.
