E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities: Head revenue and P&L for the entire Marketplace business.

Multi-Platform Marketplace Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit and other relevant pet-focused marketplaces.
• Ensure all product listings are optimised, updated, and compliant with each platform’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure brand and content consistency across all marketplace assets.

Customer Service & Reputation Management:

• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations across platforms.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance the brand’s reputation and improve product positioning.
• Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and manage product Q&A sections effectively.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers across all platforms.
• Negotiate better visibility placements, promotional slots, and exclusive brand campaigns with marketplace partners.
• Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes, policy updates, and new feature rollouts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces in D2C, preferably in the pet care segment.
• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and platformspecific marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboard tools.
• Experience in inventory forecasting and customer service coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate, communicate & establish and maintain strategic relationships with POCs.
