About the Role

Domestic IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the
full recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
.
Screen profiles based on
technical skills and experience
as per the client's requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job needs and update hiring status.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple IT requirements.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Handle
salary negotiations
, notice periods, and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain and update candidate MIS, database, and daily tracker.
Ensure
timely closures
and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.

Required Skills

2-4 years of experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Strong experience with
Naukri
, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Good understanding of various
IT technologies
(Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements at the same time.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Any bachelors degree
Proven track record of closing IT positions in domestic market.
