About the Role

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring needs for various IT roles.
• Source candidates using Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn), internal databases, and professional networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skill match, experience, and suitability.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage end-to-end hiring activities.
• Work on positions such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Support Engineers, Data & ERP specialists, etc.
• Handle offer negotiation, closing, and post-offer candidate engagement.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1 - 2 years of experience in

  Domestic IT Recruitment

• Strong understanding of technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, Networking, etc.
• Expertise in job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MBA/PGDM
