Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions. Source candidates using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS. Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, visa status, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers. Negotiate rates and confirm employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers. Work closely with Account Managers to prioritize and close requirements quickly. Maintain accurate and updated ATS records and daily submission reports. Ensure timely follow-ups, onboarding support, and consultant retention. Meet monthly hiring targets and contribute to team performance. Preferred candidate profile 24 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment (mandatory). Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sourcing capabilities using job portals, social media, and networking channels. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Experience working with VMS, MSP clients is a plus.
