Domestic IT Recruiter

Position: Domestic IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad (HITEC City)

Timings: 09:00 AM 06:00 PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Reporting: To HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

• Screen candidate resumes and job applications.

• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).

• Eagerness to learn about the IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.

• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proactive, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Compensation & Terms

• Annual Package: ₹2,20,000 - 2,50,000per annum (CTC)

• Employment Bond: 2 years of service commitment from the date of joining.
