Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across domains.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using job portals and networking platforms.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in IT domestic recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,899.23 - ₹20,000.99 per month
