Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and suitability.
  
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and professional communication at all stages.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
  
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

  .
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
