Position: US IT Recruiter (Fresher Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Learn to understand job requirements and candidate profiles through collaboration with the team.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to source potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in training sessions to understand the US IT recruitment process and technical hiring landscape.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
• Basic understanding of sourcing tools like job boards and LinkedIn is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow in a recruitment career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,249.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
