Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, Interview scheduling and coordination, pre offer documentation, offer process, post offer engagement etc.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates across all levels through Network, Job Portals, Referrals, and Social Network Sites and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
  • Recruiting candidates for in different technologies for US.
  • Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process.
  • Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.
  • Timely preparation of reports.
  • Maintaining and updating various databases and portals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • 3-4 years of US recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have worked in an IT software company for not less than 2 years.
  • Should possess good communication and a sense of urgency.
  • Must have an attitude of learning new things.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
