US IT Recruiter

As a US Non-IT Recruiter at our company based in Henji wadi Phase1, Suratwala mark, Pune, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top-notch engineering talent. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT roles, focusing on engineering professionals. - Utilizing your expertise to source and network with passive candidates effectively. - Assessing candidates" technical skills and suitability for specific engineering positions. - Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in candidate interactions. - Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently. - Handling multiple recruitment processes with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Upholding a high level of professionalism and integrity while dealing with sensitive information. - Applying problem-solving and decision-making skills to overcome recruitment challenges. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or in a similar position. - Comprehensive knowledge of various engineering roles, technical skills, and responsibilities. - Experience in recruiting for disciplines such as Java, .NET, .NET full stack, QA Automation, ETL Testers, and IT requirements. - Proficiency in evaluating candidates" technical expertise and suitability for specific roles. - Strong communication skills to connect effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. - Familiarity with working in night shifts from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
