Job Description

Role : Technical Recruiter (Freshers only) Location: Sector 62 Noida. Shift : US based night shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST) Salary : 18K CTC Cab Facility (Pick & Drop) for Females. Job Overview A Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent to meet the needs of a company. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The role demands a deep understanding of technology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to make judicious hiring decisions that align with the company's goals and culture. Technical Recruiter Responsibilities & Duties Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment channels Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each position Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and feedback sessions Technical Recruiter Qualifications & Skills Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Experience in conducting various types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, IT or a relevant degree Proven work experience as a Recruiter either in-house or with a staffing agency Hands on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Show more Show less
