Senior Technical Recruiters (US Staffing) Location: Noida Fulltime Position Summary: Centraprise is actively hiring Senior Technical Recruiters with a strong background in US Staffing (W2/Full-Time hiring). We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued growth. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with a strong focus on W2 and full-time roles. Excellent communication skills – spoken and written. Ability to manage multiple job requisitions with tight deadlines. Solid understanding of tax terms – W2, 1099, C2C. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude. 🔍 Bonus Points If You Have: Prior experience working with IT staffing firms or consulting companies.
