About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our HR team. As an IT Recruiter, you will help identify, attract, and hire top talent for IT positions across various technologies. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and want to build a career in IT talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Assist in onboarding new hires.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract talent.

Requirements

• Fresher / Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
