Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and qualify mid-sized to large product companies in the US with hiring potential. Build and manage a prospect database with key decision-maker contacts. Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools . Track, follow up, and schedule intro meetings with client prospects. Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand our service offerings and align pitch decks accordingly. Analyze response rates and improve campaign performance through data. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development (preferably in IT staffing or consulting). Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, or similar tools. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Prior exposure to US markets or international clients is a plus.
