We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms, job boards, and proven success in working with direct clients and vendors. Responsibilities Work on full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates. Source candidates using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen candidates for technical and communication skills, experience, and qualifications. Work on various US tax terms including W2, 1099, C2C. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and upcoming job requirements. Achieve daily/weekly KPIs such as submissions, interviews, and placements. Ensure compliance with company processes and US recruiting standards. Required Skills 3-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (preferably in agency staffing). Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) Experience working with Direct Clients / Tier-1 Vendors. Proven ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to work night shift supporting US time zones. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in any field.
