• Job Title: US IT Recruiter

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite)(EST SHIFT)

• Office Address: Banjara Hills, Telangana

• Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in US Recruitment

• Joining: Immediate or within 10-15 Days

• Compensation: No bar for the right candidate

📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

• Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.

• Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

• Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
