Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for domestic IT requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various technical roles such as:
• Oracle
• SAP
• Data Engineer
• Data Science
• Snowflake Developer
• Python AI/ML Engineer
• Project Manager
• Power BI Developer
• GCP Architect
• Automation Test Lead
• .NET Developer
• Test Engineer
• Automation Engineer
• Work on job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking to attract top talent.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic screening to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure timely closure of all assigned positions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years

  of experience in

  domestic IT recruitment

  .

• Consultancy/Staffing firm experience is mandatory.

• Good understanding of various

  IT technologies and job profiles

  .
• Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
