What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for

  domestic IT contract positions

• Source, evaluate, and engage candidates from job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding for contract hires
• Work closely with account managers to fulfill urgent, high-priority requirements
• Maintain a strong pipeline of project-ready IT contractors
• Deliver high-quality profiles within rapid turnaround SLAs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years

  of experience in

  Indian domestic IT recruitment

  , with strong exposure to

  contract staffing

• Solid understanding of niche IT skillsets across development, infra, cloud, data, etc.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working
