As an experienced and strategic Director of Sales and Business Development, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth within the IT / BPO sector. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies such as research, networking, social selling, and content marketing to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Proposal Development: Customize proposals and contracts to meet client requirements while aligning with company offerings. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, evaluate competition, and understand customer needs to enhance service offerings. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure mutually beneficial contracts and agreements. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports by analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
