Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our events and conventions team at St. Regis, playing a pivotal role in planning and executing exceptional events that exceed client expectations.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events and conventions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and hotel operations is an advantage.
  • Experience working with high-end brands and luxury clientele is desirable.
