- Drive the strategic roadmap for the Record-to-Analyze (R2A) function, aligning with enterprise-wide goals and digital finance transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a thought leader in Financial Reporting, Controllership, and Analytics, delivering impactful R2A solutions.
- Influence senior stakeholders to unlock business value, enhance financial transparency, and foster innovation.
- End-to-End R2A Delivery Oversight
- Oversee global R2A operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
- Align R2A delivery with business objectives, regulatory standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive improvements in key metrics such as reporting cycle time, data accuracy, and audit readiness through operational excellence and governance.
- Transformation Leadership
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, and reporting processes using ERP and analytics platforms.

Secondary Skills
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA would be preferred.
- 15 plus years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise with cost optimisation, including Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA are advantageous; strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Strong service delivery orientation with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
