Job Description

Walk-in Drive - Open positions for Talent Acquisition in lateral hiring (Bangalore)

We are hiring for:

Senior Executive Talent Acquisition ( Non IT)
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Non IT )

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job portals, referrals, and social media.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Support employer branding initiatives and drive process improvements.

Desired Skills & Experience :

Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (lateral hiring )
Strong sourcing background in the BPO industry is preferred.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment and International BPO hiring.
Good experience in Boolean search, keyword search, and executive search.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
