Sourcing Manager (TA)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
Lead
volume and blue-collar hiring
for logistics operations.
Develop sourcing strategies through portals, referrals, and agencies.
Manage vendor relationships and recruitment partners.
Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

810 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition within the Logistics / Supply Chain industry
.
Proven expertise in
bulk and operational hiring
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
