Role & responsibilities : 1. Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in civil infrastructure projects (Engineers, Supervisors, QS, Planning, Safety, QA/QC, Admin, Accounts, etc.). Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases . Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects. 2. Recruitment Operations Prepare and publish job postings for various positions. Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and project requirements. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports , and hiring dashboards. Ensure timely joining , documentation, and onboarding coordination. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration. MBA HR preferred. 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in civil construction / infrastructure . Strong understanding of technical roles (Execution, Planning, QS, QA/QC, Safety, Survey, etc.). Experience in using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
