HR (Compliance) is responsible for handling end to end Provident Fund (PF), UAN, ESIC IP/Card, CLRA, Annual returns, Challans, Monthly compliance documents for clients , day to day work. Required Candidate profile Should know end to end statutory compliance.
Manage FM ops across multiple sites, client coordination, team & resource mgmt,SLA compliance & audits, budgeting & performance review, MOM, excellent communication
Daily site operations Coordination with staff (HK, attendance, joining etc) Basic reporting & MIS, Incident handling. Basic computer knowledge Team coordination - FM exp preferred
