Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

1. Digital Transformation Project Leadership

  • Define, plan, and manage the

    digitalization roadmap

    for the production site.
  • Lead all project phases: scoping, design, development, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to track progress, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate internal teams, IT, suppliers, and equipment vendors to ensure project success.

2. Industrial Process Digitalization

  • Identify, implement, and integrate digital solutions to optimize production processes (MES, IoT, automation, real-time performance monitoring, traceability).
  • Ensure system interoperability, data accuracy, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Facilitate integration between new production assets and existing IT/OT systems.

3. Support Function Digitalization

  • Deploy and improve digital tools for maintenance, quality, logistics, HSE, HR, and finance operations.
  • Enhance collaboration and data sharing through document management and communication platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulations.

4. RUN & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee the

    RUN phase

    of deployed digital solutions to ensure stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor usage, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage

    solution upgrades, enhancements

    ,

    and new feature deployments

    in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and innovation initiatives.

5. Change Management

  • Engage, train, and support operational and support teams throughout the transformation.
  • Promote adoption of digital tools and practices at all levels.
  • Anticipate organizational impacts and facilitate smooth transitions.

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Master's Degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Information Technology, , Computer Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years' experience in

    managing industrial digital transformation projects

    .
  • Proven experience in leading projects for plant expansion or modernization.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes (production, maintenance, quality, logistics).
  • Good understanding of support functions processes (finance, HR, procurement, HSE).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Solid understanding of industrial systems (MES, ERP…) and digital technologies (IoT, data analytics, automation).

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability.
  • Excellent communication and change leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience in complex environments.
