Job Description

Role Overview: As a dynamic sales leader for the Digital Sales Team at Tata Communications, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth. You must have relevant experience in overseeing digital sales teams in OEM/SP and SI domains, along with proficiency in Digital Sales models, tools, and frameworks. A deep understanding of Tata Communications" Core and Digital portfolio is a prerequisite, especially for candidates with prior sales experience in Managed Hosting Services, Security Services, and Unified Collaboration Services. People management skills and the ability to navigate a complex and matrix organization will give you a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Inside Sales Account Managers to identify new business prospects, upsell to existing clients, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to maximize revenue opportunities within the Indian region. - Be accountable for managing the pipeline, order bookings, and revenue generation. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of experience - Bachelor's Degree (preferably BE/B.Tech) with an MBA being advantageous - Inside/Digital Sales experience in a Telco or software company - Proficiency in hunting and farming roles - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Technical knowledge in IT, networking, software, and SAAS-based sales - Familiarity with SFDC/Major CRM systems - Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications Additional Details: Behaviours to display in this role involve strategic thinking to align technology strategies with business objectives, effective collaboration and influence management, agility and adaptability to navigate change, a results-driven approach focusing on business outcomes, people leadership to inspire high-performing teams, customer-centricity to enhance user experiences, and execution excellence with strong project management skills.
