Our expert team employs a multimedia approach incorporating various media and marketing platforms to engage end-users effectively.


The Role (Why this job exists)

You’ll own digital growth and social presence for a portfolio of B2B and D2C clients. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning performance campaigns, content strategy, and social media. You’ll set the growth roadmap, guide creatives, enable tracking, and prove impact—across both paid ads and organic social channels.


Key Outcomes (What success looks like)

  • Paid Media Efficiency: Hit ROAS, CAC, and CPL targets within 90 days.
  • Social Media Growth: Increase reach, engagement rate, and follower growth with a consistent content calendar.
  • Content Performance: Deliver high-performing creatives (Reels, carousels, static posts) tested weekly.
  • Community Building: Improve response time, follower interaction, and brand sentiment on social channels.
  • Attribution & Reporting: GA4 + UTM + GTM live for all clients, with Looker Studio dashboards covering both ads and social performance.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth

    Develop integrated growth plans across paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube Shorts).
  • Map ICPs, customer journeys, and full-funnel campaigns (awareness → engagement → conversion → retention).
  • Performance MarketingLaunch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor KPIs: CTR, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, SQL rate, subscription retention.


  • Social Media (Organic + Paid)

    Content Planning: Build monthly calendars aligned with campaigns, seasons, and cultural moments.
  • Creative Direction: Work with copy/design/video teams on static, reels, carousels, memes, and stories.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and track sentiment.
  • Social Analytics: Monitor engagement rate, follower growth, skip rate, watch time, reach vs. impressions.
  • Paid Social: Sync organic + paid by amplifying high-performing content into ads.


  • Content & Creative

    Translate insights into hooks and storyboards for ads, reels, and posts.
  • Lead structured A/B testing of creatives, captions, and posting times.
  • Work with creators/influencers when campaigns demand influencer marketing.


  • CRO & Lifecycle

    Audit landing pages and improve CVRs with messaging, design, and proof.
  • Run lifecycle flows (email, SMS, push) to build retention and LTV.


  • Leadership & Client Management

    Be the face of strategy in client calls and reviews.
  • Mentor media buyers, social media managers, and content creators.
  • Maintain SOPs, QA checklists, and best practices across channels.

  • Must-Have Experience

  • 3-4 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in both performance ads and social media.
  • Proven results in growing brands on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube alongside running ads.
  • Strong command of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, UTM discipline, and social insights dashboards.
  • Creative direction experience: giving briefs, reviewing reels/carousels, and measuring skip/hold rates.
  • Client-facing leadership, with ability to simplify complexity and sell bold ideas.


  • Bonus-to-Have

  • Influencer marketing (outreach purpose and personal interest).
  • SEO + content frameworks (topic clusters, link-building).
  • Knowledge of CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO) and CRM/automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (apart from ChatGPT) for copywriting, design, or ad automation.
