Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This role involves designing, video editing, content creation, managing social media platforms, and executing paid promotion strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Video Editing:
• Create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for marketing campaigns.
• Edit and enhance videos for social media, ads, and promotional purposes.
• Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality, compelling, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to create innovative marketing ideas.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Plan, schedule, and execute posts to engage target audiences.
• Paid Promotions:
• Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
