Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, who can also serve as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads while leading a team of digital marketers. Your goal is to drive exceptional results for clients, mentor and develop the team, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns in line with client objectives, overseeing ad setup, audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and budget management.
Strategic Planning: Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies that encompass not only paid advertising but also insights on SEO, email marketing, and other channels that enhance campaign impact.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to ensure optimization and alignment with client KPIs.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to guide the development of ad creatives and landing pages that support campaign goals.
Budget Management: Oversee daily spending, optimize budget allocations, and manage forecasts to maximize ROI.
Client Communication: Present campaign insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, new ad formats, and algorithm changes on Meta and Google platforms, incorporating best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
Compliance & Tracking: Implement tracking (such as pixels and conversion tracking) to accurately measure and attribute campaign performance, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing with proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads, including experience in a team lead role.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to drive improvement.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in managing a team, with excellent communication, delegation, and mentoring skills.
Platform Expertise: Advanced skills in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
