Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Naukri, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Support lead generation and nurturing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategies, and online branding.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Time management and project coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
